All conference attendees must register. Personal bagges will be provided to identify registered participants. A confirmation of your payment will be sent to author after payment is processed and we have confirmed receipt of your payment.

A registration email letter will be sent to your email address two weeks before the conference. Please print and present this registration email at the Registration Desk to pick up your conference kit. Students will need to provide their current and valid student card to qualify for the student rate.
 3.
For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings and be included in the conference programs, at least one author must register and pay the appropriate fees by 9th October 2025.
 4.
Each full or student registration fee entitles one paper publication in the conference proceedings.
 5.
Additional paper fee: Except for the paper accompanying the registration, each additional paper, up to a maximum of two, by the same author will cost an additional fee of £ 50 per paper.
 6.
Delegate Member Rate: Members of RIITA or IEEE are entitled to the "Member" rate. Members who register under this category need to provide a valid membership number.
 7.
Student Rate: All student registration must submit a copy of a valid proof for the student status by fax to (66) 66-136- 2963 or email to: secretary@riit2025.com Please indicate your name and (RIIT2025) on the document.

Additional page charge: Papers will only be accepted if formatted according to RIIT2025 specifications. Each full or student registration includes publication of one paper (up to 6 pages) in the conference proceedings. A maximum of 2 additional pages are allowed/registration subject to payment of the Additional Page Fee. An additional page charge of £50 per page applies for over-length papers (of 7 or 8 pages).

Extra banquet tickets can be purchased at £50 per ticket.
10.
Extra proceeding CDs can be purchased at £75 per set.
 
Payment Procedure :
1.
Regardless of the mode of payment, all registrants have to complete the online registration form
2.
Payment details by using cheques/international bankdrafts drawn from an international bank and then to complete the online registration and select the payment details.
3.
Once your transaction and payment process had transferred, you will receive our confirmation message by email from the conference manager. The payment information can be found at : RIIT2025 Payment Informatiom
4.
Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration system, and mail it, together with the cheque/bankdraft to the address as indicated on the invoice.
5.
Please remember to indicate your login ID, name, telephone or email and the symposium name at the back of the international bank draft.
6.
Upon receipt of your international bankdraft, you will receive a notification by email.
7.
When your payment is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation by email.
